This 1:1 coaching is created around your own specific needs. I offer a range of options that we can discuss to help you make the improvements you are looking for. 

What's included?

Mindfulness and meditation
  • You will be given a questionnaire to complete before our first session so I can find out more about your style and needs.
  • You can choose between a block of coaching sessions (each 60 minutes and can take place weekly or fortnightly), or if you have a specific area you want to work through there is a 2-hour laser session option.
  • I will provide resources to help you with some action points in-between our sessions.
  • I will hold you accountable using a range of powerful questions/techniques to help you.
  • A range of stress management techniques and/or bespoke guided meditations, and visualisation tools will be provided to support your coaching journey.
