1:1 Coaching Programme

This 1:1 coaching is created around your own specific needs. When you aren't feeling at your best, it can impact your work and the people around you. It might lead to conflict, difficult relationships, a dip in performance, poor mental health, and even burnout.

1:1 coaching will help you to manage your stress levels and protect your own mental health. It's an opportunity to reflect on where you are right now and work through your current challenges in a safe space without judgment. You can choose between a block of  6, 8, or 10 sessions. Examples of how coaching can support you:

  • Improving your self-awareness.
  • Overcoming low self-confidence and negative self-talk.
  • Learning how to say NO without feeling guilty.
  • Exploring some stress management techniques to support you in your role.
  • Achieving better balance by creating strong boundaries that give you back control and help to better manage your time.
  • Develop healthier routines to support your mental health and improve performance.
  • Embody your strengths in your work.
  • Learn to live and lead in a more mindful way.

You will walk away with a set of cognitive and behavioural tools to help you continue your journey.

What's included?

Mindfulness and meditation
  • You will be given a questionnaire to complete before our first session so I can find out more about your style and needs.
  • A choice of 8 or 10 coaching sessions (each 60 minutes). These can take place weekly or fortnightly.
  • I will provide resources to help you with some action points in-between our sessions. We may use some strengths and/or resilience profiling tools if appropriate for you.
  • I will hold you accountable using a range of powerful questions/techniques to help you step into your true potential.
  • Bespoke guided meditations and mindfulness techniques will be provided to support your coaching journey.

Calm the chaos inside clarity session - 90 minutes

This is a bespoke session where I share with you some techniques to help YOU calm the chaos inside your mind. It's time to start prioritising your own needs before everyone else. If you feel tense and can't focus right now then let me help you to relieve some stress. Together we can explore some tools that you can use again whenever you need them. It's a great option if you are new to coaching, or would like some support with a specific issue.

What's included?

  • 90 minutes over a zoom call where I will support you to help calm your busy mind and get clarity.
  • A follow-up email will be provided with personalised suggestions to help you implement these techniques after our session.
