My approach is tailored to your own unique needs.  I want to equip you with the awareness, tools, and strategies to help you achieve your desired outcome.  If you want to see results, then you have to commit to putting the work in.

At the end of our sessions, we will take time for reflection.  You will go away with clarity on progress and a way forward.

What’s included?

A 90 minute intensive session to identify goals and start working on that mindset.  You will also be given a questionnaire to complete before our first session so I can find out more about your style and needs.


Choice of 6 or 12 coaching sessions (each 60 minutes).


I will provide resources to help you with some action points in-between our sessions.  We may use some strengths and/or resilience profiling tools if appropriate for you.


I will hold you accountable using a range of powerful questions/techniques to help you step into your true potential.

I want to be transparent with you from the start, this is not a quick fix.  If you want to see results, then you need to fully commit yourself to the process.  This programme may not be for you if you aren’t willing to prioritise yourself and put the work in.
